The Alpha course at Church of the Holy Spirit IS NOT a place where you will have to stand up and talk about your life or problems. You will not be put on the " spot " or made an example of.

The Alpha course IS NOT a place where you'll be asked to stand up and read scriptures or say a prayer aloud. We have folks that do that. You just come, relax, learn and enjoy.

The Alpha course IS NOT a teacher / pupil teaching.  Alpha is a host /guest program. A volunteer discussion group. You can take part or just listen.

You will not be asked for money. Your handbook is free as well as the child care and meal.

The Alpha Course is a safe place where you can come and enjoy an evening with people learning.

The topic DVDs used are extremely well done and easy to understand.  You are welcome, come and invite a friend if you like.
